    • The Mustang ® LNG Sample Vaporizer is a patented design to vaporize LNG and provide a fresh sample to a continuous online gas chromatograph. This is accomplished through 4 stages within the Mustang ® LNG Sample Vaporizer.

    Stage 1

    The vaporizer is avialable in either a multi path or single path design to vaporize LNG and send sample
    to the accumulator for restructuring

    Stage 2

    The accumulator cylinder is designed with a special impingement tube designed to allow the gas
    components to return to their original composition.

    Stage 3

    A pre and post heated pressure regulator designed to prevent hydrocarbon dew point dropout and reduce
    sample pressure which is then delivered to the chromatograph thru a heated sample tube.

    The Mustang ® LNG Sample Vaporizer Software supplies a monitor program that is
    Windows driven, 2000 or XP.

          C. Report Spread Sheet providing:
                1. Vaporizer Operation and Gas Component Data
                2. Vaporizer Controller Monitor

                4. LNG Load Report with Averages per ship

    Accuracies & Repeatability

    The Mustang ® LNG Sample Vaporizer Systen assures the sample to the chromatograph is
    in a stable composition in order for the chromatograph to meet its stated accuracy.
